The Charts on this
website are updated daily. Latest 5/19/24.
Diabetics comprise 1.6% of the
population. About 7% are type one thus 93% are
type two. Within type two, about 10,000 are
brittle diabetics. Since I am a brittle diabetic
that makes me 0.001% of our total population. 60%
of type two diabetics use a CGM. But only about
30% of type one uses a CGM. This may because the
finding of type one seems to increase withe age.
All diabetics only check their
sugar (glucose) mostly during the day, which is
96%of all checks. However, all CGMs are 24-hour
devices. Whereas us users only read them during
the day. Only charts that show the spread and
daily averages from 7am to 11pm can tell us how we
are actually doing during our waking hours!
Studying these readings is why my endocrinologists
on 2/21/24 was extremely surprised that my reader
only showed a straight line inside my 90 to 110
range line.
I use a reader to pull the data
from the sensors that I wear that read my sugar.
The data for the charts and opinions on this site
are supplied by an offline program that pulls the
raw data for use in Excel. This program is no
longer available from the maker of my CGM and its
sensors. Other users must deal with the cloud. The
spreadsheet that calculates and makes my charts
has 1,462,206 mathematical characters and 298 text
characters (readings) per Excel count function.
The file itself is 38 mbs.
I used this spreadsheet in a
unique way to look at the sensor data that I wear.
It records my sugar in a useable way for use in
the spreadsheet. It provides facts about my
diabetes not available on any CGM, A1C tests or
medical testing. I create studies with it to
diagnose and adjust and/or change the amount and
the type of food I eat to lower my 24-hour moving
average and the previous days readings. It was in
the 130s despite the fact I have added a lot of
food recently to my diet. Now it runs in the 100s.
My primary doctor has ordered me to raise my
sugar. On 2/21/24 I showed my reader to my reader.
She was astonished by that fact that it showed all
readings today and back through history that they
were a straight line between my range of 90 to
110.
To see that I can do this I suggest
you read the “About Me” tab on my navigation list
on the right.
I have decided that after all the
following videos are published, I will publish all
of it and about a dozen things that are not known
that will surprise diabetic researchers for free.
I am going to use this website to
introduce videos that are a benefit to all. I
currently have six videos that will be
professionally made. They are all particularly
good for individuals and good for our country.
Here are the first six. The rest can be found on
my InsightsByT page. I have the funds for Video 01
to get it professionally made. However, I do not
have the funds for the rest. Therefore, please, I
am asking anyone who comes to this site to use the
PayPal button in the top right corner of this
website to donate just one dollar. It is not tax
deductible. If enough donations are made, I will
have the next video made.
Here are the first six with a
little extra explanation.

that.

On 11/7/23 Saw my primary
doctor for annual wellness visit. I told her my
spreadsheet said average sugar was 95 and my scale
weight was 133 in my stockings. She said they were
too low and to raise both. However, her lab
results were an A1c of 5.7 with a glucose of 117
both high, my current weight is 141 lbs.
I have added
all my A1C results to my charts back through 2019.
All vertical chart axis now is all the same for
2019-2023 for easy comparison. You may find it
interesting how my sugars change over the years.
